VELUX Control Rods

For roof windows being fitted in hard-to-reach or out-of-reach areas such as hallways, stairwells, kitchens etc. we have a range of Control Rods available, allowing you to reach up and open the window manually, without the need for a step-ladder.

The are a good range of Electric and Solar operated roof windows available also if you prefer but the manual control rod is a cheap option if you don't want to invest the extra money.

Rod extensions are also available for exceptionally hard-to-reach areas - particularly useful in commercial buildings such as schools and hospitals.
