VELUX Accessories

Welcome to the VELUX Accessories section of the Ken's Yard website. If you are buying a standard VELUX roof window you will almost certainly need a flashing kit to go with it.

The flashing is a water-tight surround for the window that is fitted to the external roof and ensures safe and effective water drainage away from the window frame. The type of flashing needed will depend on your roof type and more information can be found in our handy flashings guide.

VELUX Blinds are another important accessory for your roof window. Obviously, not everyone decided they want a blind for their window - but if you do want a bit of extra graught protection or to keep the dawn light out, then we have a full selection of blinds available to choose from.

Other accessories include control rods for out-of-reach windows, security locks and opening restrictors for added safety, and extra VELUX insulation and felt collars for greater energy efficiency.
