What Information Do We Store?
When you place an order on our website, we will request your contact details – name, address, email, phone number. This information is stored on our secure database so that we can communicate with you regarding your order and delivery, anbd so that we can quickly identify you and your order in the future if you do business with us again or if you require copies of any paperwork relating to your order such as VAT Invoices.
How Do We Use The Information We Store?
We will use the contact information you provide us in order to liaise with you regarding your order and delivery. We will also pass your delivery address and contact number on to our courier so that they can ensure a smooth delivery of your goods.
If you contact us in furture and wish to discuss an old order and request some paperwork from an old order, we can access this information quickly and easily as a result of having stored some of your personal information in our secure database.
We may uise your email address to contact you from time to time to contact you about promotions, discounts or new products you may be interested in, however we will never bombard you with emails and we will never share your email address with any 3rd party outside of Kens Yard. PLEASE NOTE: If you do receive a marketing email from us, you will ALWAYS be given the opportunity to unsubscribe yourself from our mailing list with immediate effect.
Your Right to Request Deletion of your Details

The Information We DO NOT Store?
Whilst Kens Yard is an e-commerce website and requires you to pay for goods either online or over the phone, we would like to stress that we DO NOT store any of your payment information. All Kens Yard payment transactions are managed by Worldpay (UK) Ltd. When you go through our checkout process online, at the point of payment, you will be transferred to a secure RBS Worldpay portal to fill in your payment details. We have no access to this data. If you pay over the phone, our customer service advisor will insert these details into a secure RBS Worldpay portal on their computer in order to process the transaction, and once again, will have no further access ot these details once the payment has been processed.
