The Elka Walnut Laminate Flooring is an 8mm laminate with a dark smoked walnut appearance, rich and indulgent. The natural wood grain shines through, both in appearance and in feel, achieved by the innovative textured embossing process. This is a sturdy 8mm laminate, HDF core, 1-strip design with 4-sided V-Groove bevelling to give that full plank look and feel when laid.
And the Elka Walnut Laminate comes with the optional upgrade for the innovative Aqua Protect moisture resistant coating, meaning you can now enjoy the look and feel of natural wood flooring in your bathroom and kitchen without the worry of water damage.
The Walnut Floor comes in board dimensions of 1261mm x 192mm x 8mm and is sold in packs covering 2.18m2. The Uniclic® Click-Joint makes the planks quick and easy to lock together, with no adhesive needed, ideal for DIY projects.
As with all of the Elka range, this is a hygienic allergy reducing floor and comes with PEFCTM Environmental Classification and AC5 Rating (Ideal for High Traffic Areas)
At 8mm thick, the Elka Walnut Laminate is a quieter laminate floor to walk on and can be used with noise reducing underlay to further soften the tread of feet, particualrly useful for upstairs installations.
The innovative Uniclic® system means you can start laying anywhere within the room and the floor is suitable with embedded underfloor heating systems.
High definition surface structures enhance the authentic appearance of the floor.
The 8mm Elka Laminate Flooring range comes with a 20 year residential warranty, summarised here: “Unilin Flooring division, guarantees that, as from the date of purchase, Laminate floors bearing the trade mark Elka Uniclic® Laminate, herein after referred to as “products”, are free of manufacturing errors or material defects. This residential warranty is for 20 Years 8mm & 25 years 12mm. The invoice date is valid as date of purchase. The original, dated purchase invoice, marked with the stamp of the distributor or retailer, must be presented.”
