Delivery Information

Ken’s Yard uses a selection of 3rd party carriers to deliver goods to you as quickly and efficiently as possible and in some cases the goods will come direct from the manufacturer.

All Ken’s Yard deliveries are ‘Kerbside Deliveries’. In other words, you MUST ensure you have assistance to unload the goods and transport them inside your home or to your required storage location, as the driver of the delivery vehicle is not allowed to assist with this.

Our delivery rates vary depending on the product but all delivery information should be clearly stated on the relevant product pages and you will be provided a delivery estimate when you add the products to your basket. A final accurate delivery price will be applied once you have inserted your postcode in the checkout process.

Lead times will also vary dependent on the product and should be clearly stated on the relevant product pages. The states lead times will typically apply to UK Mainland postcodes only (excluding Scottish Highlands) and for deliveries outside of this area you’ll need to contact us for a more accurate price and lead time.

Deals & Promotions

Please note that any deals and promotions we run regarding delivery fees, such as free delivery over certain order amounts only apply to UK mainland postcodes (excluding the Scottish Highlands). For all other postcodes, please contact us for a delivery price.

Bulky Items

Some items because of their size and weight will attract an additional handling / shipping cost. Where this is the case we have shown this clearly on our website.


We assume that the delivery address will be accessible by a large lorry (40′-0″). If not please let us know at time of order – and about any restrictions, for example, if the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit. Items can only be delivered to the ‘kerb-side’. We must ask that you provide or arrange assistance unloading the goods as the delivery driver is not allowed to assist with this beyond the kerb-side.

Lead Times

On rare occasions some items maybe out of stock which might delay your order. If this happens, we’ll let you know straightaway. As soon as they come back into stock we will dispatch them immediately.

On Receipt of Goods

It is essential that someone is present at the delivery address on the date of delivery to sign for the goods. Your signature represents a legal statement from you, the customer, that the goods have been received in good condition so it is essential that you inspect the goods thoroughly before signing for them. We will be unable to accept claims for damage if the goods have been signed for.
