The GPL VELUX roof window, opens out at 45* creating lots of head room for standing at the window and enjoying the views. The GPL top hung roof window can be opened to any angle up to 45*, with the control handle at the bottom for easy reach.  Powerful yet gentle springs make it easy to open. The top bar also allows for background ventilation.

The window rotates 180*, allowing for easy and convenient cleaning of both sides of the pane -- without having to resort to window cleaners or tall ladders!

The glazing is the VELUX 60 pane is a high performance pane, with laminated inner pane which gives extra strength to the window, ideal for use above head height for extra safety. Should the window smash, the glass would remain suspended within the frame, making it safer. The 60 pain also has the additional benefits of noise reduction, very popular with people living in built up areas. It also has improved energy efficiency, keeping the heat in the home. The VELUX 60 pane also has the clean and clear coating that keeps the window cleaner for longer.

This window comes in a natural pine finish, the triple coating of lacquer makes for a really long lasting clean effect.  The natural pine also gives natural warmth and a classic feel to any room.
