The GPL VELUX roof window, opens out at 45* creating lots of head room for standing at the window and enjoying the views. The GPL top hung roof window is specially designed for shallower pitched roof. It can be set to three opening positions of 15, 30 and 45 degrees. Powerful yet gentle springs make it easy to open. There is a handle at the bottom for easy reach, as well as a ventilation bar at the top.

The glazing is the VELUX standard double glazed with a toughened pane. Best performance is in winter when it reflects 60% of the heat that would normally be lost through the glass back into the home. It also performs excellently in the summer months and reflects very hot heat from the sun to keep the room from overheating. This window comes in a natural pine finish, the triple coating of lacquer makes for a really long lasting clean effect.

The window also rotates to 180* and locks in place, for convenient cleaning of both sides. No need to climb tall ladders to reach the roof!

The natural pine with clear lacquer finish also gives natural warmth and sophistication to any room.

A 10 year Velux guarantee applies to this item.
