This Luxury Timber Loft Ladder is a folding ladder, supplied with a white thick insulated trap door and a pre-fitted handrail. The trap door is fully recessed into frame flush with ceiling.

The continuous seal around the trap door reduces heat loss.

There are slip resistent treads making the ladder easier to climb, the treads are fitted using dovetail joints for added durability.

The ladder comes fully assembled and is easy to install with a recessed locking mechanism.
