The majority of 45mm and 54mm Solid Core Door Blanks, when used in a suitable single leaf construction, meet FD30 and FD60 fire resistance requirements of BS 476 Part 22 or to BS EN 1363 Part 1.

These products are plywood faced with particle door cores and can be laminated, veenered or painted. Door blanks can easily be cut to size.
