Cherry floors actually darken with age, which is something to bear in mind when you are making your selection. This darkening process is generally considered to be a mark of high quality and continually enhancing beauty.

Ken’s Yard stock an interesting range of cherry flooring from leading floor manufacturer Kahrs. We have bevelled edge cherry flooring in narrow strips for a stylish and natural look to your interior. We also offer Cherry flooring with strong red flavourings in the overall tone to really enhance the wood grain and provide an element of originality to your floors. The Charleston Cherry flooring is a two-strip construction for a wider board. This allows you to cover more space with less boards and some find the wider boards more aesthetically appealing than the narrow designs.

Please note as well, that the Ken’s Yard range is engineered cherry flooring only. We do not stock solid cherry floors. The engineered boards come in a range of thicknesses and are beautifully constructed with the Cherry veneers finished in long-lasting satin lacquer. Engineered cherry flooring is far cheaper than the alternative solid flooring and yet it is far easier to lay and install as it utilizes the Woodloc system. This innovative design allows each board to click snugly with the next for a clean and professional finish.
