We aim to ensure that the deals we have negotiated with our
suppliers combined with our low cost operation means we are always
competitive. We know in today's fast-changing world we can't always
be the cheapest all the time. But we will be competitive.
However, if you find the same goods cheaper we will
always beat the price - or if it's within 30 days of your order
from Ken's Yard we will refund the difference.
Simply show us the evidence (e.g. an advert or catalogue) that
clearly shows the cheaper price including vat and is a
"like-for-like" matching offer.
That means it's available to everyone, with no hidden handling
charges and our competitor can supply within the same time period
as us. We expect to find ways of improving our prices and extending
our range, so Ken's
Yard will always process your order with the lowest prices we
have at the time. All prices are quoted including VAT.
Service Promise
Our aim is to provide you great personal service at all times -
we want you to keep coming back! This means that unlike many of our
competitors - you won't be speaking to a call centre. You'll be
speaking directly to people who know about the product and can help
and advise you.
Our massive choice and range of building products are all readily
available and will generally be dispatched to you in 2-3 days. Most
products will come direct to you (or your site) from our central
delivery centre. Bulky Items because of their size and weight will
come direct to you (or your site), from the factory or supplier.
This reduces double-handling, risk of damage and ensures you get
the products at the best available prices.
We manage the process for you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Occasionally we may make a mistake or things may not go smoothly
(yes we are realistic!). So we'll sort out any problems as they
arise. Our terms and conditions set out how these situations are
handled. At Ken's Yard we don't have a "rule book".
We simply believe in a straightforward common-sense approach. We
recognize that the truest measure of great customer service is how
we respond to problems and ensure they are handled to your complete
satisfaction. And that they don't happen again. That's it.
Quality & Satisfaction
Ken's Yard only
deals with reputable manufacturers and suppliers. All products are
checked for quality and value. Occasionally we may have to
substitute particular products with alternatives of an equal or
higher value. This means that items supplied may occasionally
differ in detail from their online image.
All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the day of
purchase, and many are branded products which carry an extended
manufacturer's warranty.
You can return any unused item to us within 30 days of receipt,
for a full refund. Simply send it to us in its original packaging
or call our Customer Service Team for advice on 0844 488 0993. Our
terms exclude the collection of unwanted goods.
