Ken's Yard has teamed up with Estimators Ltd, the UK's leading provider of domestic building estimates. The estimates we have produced for our customers have all been very well received in terms of speed, accuracy, level of detail and cost.

If you want to try our service out all we need is a set of drawings of your project or planned development. We'll have them back to you within 7 working days of receipt. Large projects may take a little longer and if this is the case we'll let you know.

Whatever your project you'll need to have an accurate idea of how much it will cost. Use the Ken's Yard service to find out. Builders, home owners and self builders can use our service to find an accurate, impartial and comprehensive breakdown of building costs. So whether it is a simple extension, a renovation or a large barn conversion your estimate will show the expected costs for both labour and materials. Use your estimate to arrange finance or as a benchmark to compare with other quotes you may have. You can also use it to check the progress against your budget.

To use our service all you need to do is send or e-mail us a copy of your floor plans & elevation drawings and payment.

1. Send or e mail us your drawings to the address below
2. Call us with your credit card details - or send us a cheque (see prices below)
3. In 7 days time we will e mail you or send you a comprehensive detailed estimate

We can accept your drawings either on paper, as Adobe pdf files or as AutoCAD drawings files (dwg or dxf).

• The drawings should be to a recognised metric scale i.e. 1:50 or 1:100.
• We can accept cheque or credit card payment for estimates.
• Any customisation or minor amendments to the estimate can be carried out free of charge.

If you (or your architect) only have hard copy paper drawings - that's no problem.
